The Nurses are so friendly and welcoming and always give me the time I need to answer questions. The Vets are so caring and open and honest about treatment options and costs. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Friendly staff but they failed to recognise that my cat's uncharacteristically violent behavior was due to the extreme pain caused by toothache when they grabbed his face to draw blood from his neck. This happened a long time ago though so maybe they learned from the experience. I believe it was during this visit that my cat's tail was dislocated. Ok for the occasional visit.
